We collect some personal information in order to carry out your booking: usually just your name, phone number, and email address. These are processed in our booking system, Bilberry. We share this information with the local guide companies that run the activities we sell.
We collect payment information through our payment provider, Nets. We keep your booking and payment information for 10 years before deleting it.
We also process your name and email address when you send inquiries via our email provider, Gmail. We’ve set all emails to delete automatically after 10 years.
