DripFishing AS is responsible for all transactions that go through our website. Our partner Nets is responsible for ensuring that credit card numbers and codesare handled in a secure manner in accordance with the requirements defined inthe Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
When you book with us, you acknowledge that:
If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before the start time, we’ll give you afull refund. We’ll also email you a confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start time, we won’t give a refund. If we need to cancel an activity for safety reasons, we’ll refund your payment. We don’t cancel activities for rain.
A reservation is binding as soon as an order number is assigned, and payment iscompleted. It is the guest´s responsibility to check that the product, date, time andother things are essential for the order are correct.
The product must be paid for, and documents of confirmation must be presented before the start of the trip. Our prices include VAT. All the payments are in Norwegian kroner.
DripFishing AS is not responsible for illness, loss or damage of luggage, accidents,liability for damages and the like. We advise all our customers to purchase travelinsurance agreements before travel.
Any faults/deficiencies must be reported immediately to the responsible party at the location concerned, so that the error or defect can be corrected as soon as possible.
